Twist Comfort Food + Difference: Fusion in the Right Direction.

Their is a new place to visit for your food cravings, and it is just hidden at the 2/f of  Pos Building across Il Terrazo.

Twist Comfort Food + Difference offers old time favorite dishes with a twist.

Good food, excellent service and friendly staff.

The interior reminded me of the Alice in Wonderland Tea party scene screaming  with lots of fun – Aged crooked wood, fancy chandeliers, Victorian chairs.

We tried one of the best sellers,  Trio Adobo. It is a mix of chicken, pork and beef flakes with the adobo salsa. It was served with a cup of garlic brown rice.

The chicken and pork was juicy, tender and well-marinated contrasting with the crispy beef flakes which gives it the edge.  Every bite was delightful and perfect with the garlic brown rice.

The Amazing Eat List

Just when you think that the Tomas Morato, Quezon City food scene has been saturated, up comes this new restaurant called Twist which brought eager diners a new feast for the eyes and mouth.

ImageThe place looks cozy, the food tastes great, and the service is excellent. I’m sure this will be one of the new favorite hang-outs of couples and friends alike.

It’s hidden in the second floor of the building right beside Il Terrazzo. There’s several other restaurants there, too. We have yet to try the others, but we’ve already developed a soft spot for Twist.

When people ask about the food from Twist, I guess the best description would be fusion comfort food. There’s a mixture of Filipino, Italian, American, and French all over their menu.
